This concert celebrates the many voices of the colorful mosaic that is our United States of America. The program contains a rich variety of music styles and poetic texts that spring from the many cultures that have always contributed to, and continue to create, our national fabric.

The composers on this concert deftly weave together rhythmic patterns from one cultural tradition with harmonies from another, and the songs are set to a diverse selection of texts from the past 250 years.
